Performance at Camlin Keys Festival 2025

IMYO were delighted to end the ’24/’25 season with a performance at Backstage Theatre, Longford as part of the Camlin Keys Piano Festival 2025. The orchestra performed a varied programme including Tchaikovsky, Elgar, Piazzola and many more. Also featured was the second-ever performance of Tim Doyle’s Sliabh Rua, written especially for the IMYO!

The orchestra were joined on the night by the wonderful Lynn Singers & Mullingar Choristers, who performed a beautiful selection of classical and contemporary numbers, and led by their Musical Director Dervilla Conlon. The concert finished with choir and orchestra together, singing Blackbird (arr. Ken Rice) and One Day Like This.

It was a fitting end to a brilliant Camlin Keys Festival, and we can’t wait to perform in Longford again soon! Special thanks to all involved, especially our MC on the night Benjamin Errington and festival organiser Joanna Pearman.
